The staff went above and beyond, offering free pick-up and a warm welcome with tea. The colorful and comfortable Egyptian building made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and had AC, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. The free breakfast was cute and the wifi worked well. The staff, including Mohamed, were incredibly nice and even shared their falafel with me. Highly recommend!

They went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay, providing the best advice on how to explore Luxor and arranging all my tours in a timely manner. The transparency in their pricing and the care they showed towards their staff was also impressive and rare to find in a place like Luxor.

The morning meal could have been improved with better attention to detail and cleanliness. It would have been great to have shower curtains to prevent water from going everywhere.
